Abdulquadri Olubaji Esq. is a Legal Practitioner with over 13 years’ working experience, he is well-grounded in civil, criminal, probate and commercial litigation matters, oil and gas transactions and Company Secretariat. He commenced his legal career at the law firm of Femi Okunnu (SAN) & Co. wherein he worked as a Litigation Counsel, hence his legal perception and analytical approach to any work related task. He handled cases for and on behalf of clients such as Julius Berger Nigeria Plc., Siemens Nigeria, Nokia Siemens, Lagos State Royal Families and the Lagos State Government during his tutelage at the law firm while managing litigation cases in the south-West and South-South regions of Nigeria.
He later joined Acorn Petroleum Plc. a downstream oil and gas public limited liability company with over 8,000 shareholders as a Legal Officer and within eight years he had rose within the ranks up to the position of Company Secretary/Chief Legal Officer gathering experience in Company Secretarial Services, Statutory Compliance, Negotiations, liaison with Regulators, Industry Stakeholders, Shareholders & Law Enforcement Agencies.
He joined IBILE Microfinance Bank Limited as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to the Bank and Corporate Governance Professional.
