IBILE Smart Travel is a Flexible Payment Plan for Travel Tickets and Travel Expenses; it is financed by IBILE Microfinance Bank Ltd. It provides flexibility and discounted ticket pricing to all Lagos State Public Servants and avails them the opportunity to either pay in installment or pay outright at a very competitive rate. Travel can be for vacations, seminars, and family education abroad.

 

IBILE Smart Travel also allows Lagos State Public Servants to lock down great travel deals ahead of peak period prices and take advantage of the ‘early bird’ fares with a minimum of 20% down payment of the total travel cost. Balance payment can be spread between 1 and 12 months.

  3. Select your airline option sent by the IBILE Smart Travel team via email
  4. Indicate your preferred payment option
  5. If outright payment; send data page and make instant transfer to designated bank
  6. If installment Plan; complete a one-page purchase contract form and enclose/attach the following
  • Passport Data page.
  • Your employment Identity Card + Complementary Card.
  • Visa Page
  • Evidence of down payment

Who qualifies for IBILE Smart Travel instalment Payment plan?

IBILE Smart Travel is open to all Lagos State Public Servants with an Oracle Number as well as anyone with a reliable source of income for repayment.

How many months do I have to repay?

The repayments can be made over a period of 12 month.

What do I need to apply?

A valid visa to your desired country of destination. If your request is for an installment payment you must be a Lagos State Public Servant.

Can you help with Visa Application?

Yes, whenever possible, we will provide the necessary guidance and assistance.

Can Non-Public servants also benefit?

Yes, if you have a business and sufficient cash flow for repayments; you must complete your repayment before your travel date.

I opted for a 4month tenor repayment can I increase the repayment tenor

Yes, you can extend your repayment tenor subject to the rates and conditions of the new tenor.

Can I apply for a refund on my ticket when I have or have not finished payment?

Yes, refund is based on ticket rules set by the airlines.

I have completed my payment but I am unable to travel. Can I leave my ticket open to be used at a future date?

No, you cannot leave your ticket open but you can extend its use to a future date within the ticket validity. Note that airline penalties and difference in fare cost may apply.

I am unable to make my next instalment on the agreed repayment date.

Failure to abide by the agreed payment terms will attract a default fee as stated in the terms and conditions of the payment plan.

Does the instalment plan allow for cancellation or change in travel date?

Yes, changes are permitted on all IBILE Smart Travel Payment Plans. However, rules of the ticket will apply as regards refunds and cancellations.

Can I complete my payment after my travel date?

Yes, all Lagos State Public Servants with an Oracle Number can continue payment even when they have completed their travel.
