Alabi Olaniyi Kabir graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Accounting (Second Class Upper) in 2001 and MBA from the same University in 2012. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
He has enjoyed a reputation as an efficient Financial Accountant, Control Officer, and a good banker. He has a knack for establishing a good rapport with clients, customers and colleagues.
Kabir was, at various times, Unit Head, E-Business Unit Control, Spring Bank, Head Reconciliation Team, Spring Bank Plc. Regional Control for Resident Auditors, Spring Bank Plc and Head, Financial Reporting, Enterprise Bank Limited.
He doubled as Team Lead Financial Reporting as well as Acting Head Financial Reporting at Heritage Bank Plc.
He is presently the Head of Finance and Strategy, Ibile Microfinance Bank Limited.
