Development of Ikeja Town Square on Obafemi Awolowo way: The project is between the Lagos State Printing Press and Brick Homes Integrated Limited. It is a commercial plaza comprising shops and office space.
Development Project on Rev Ogunbiyi Street, off Oba Akinjobi Road, GRA, Ikeja, comprising 16 units of Luxury Apartments.
Alausa Height Project: The project is between the Lagos State Art and Culture and Brick Homes Integrated Limited, comprising 148 housing units.
