Olayemi Oni obtained a Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B) from the University of Ile – Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife) in 1987, was called to the Nigeria Bar and enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1988. She holds a Masters in Humanitarian and Refugee Studies (MHRS) and Masters of Law (LL.M) both from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
Olayemi has over twenty – eight (28) years post – call experience both in the private and public sectors.
She is a Director of IBILE Microfinance Bank.
